Manual counting was error-prone, leading to inaccuracies in stock levels. Counting and submitting inventory reports manually was time- intensive, especially for large inventories. Needed a robust approval system for inventory counts to be reviewed and validated by managers. ‍The Inventory Count Application was developed to streamline and automate the inventory counting process within a warehouse. It enables warehouse staff to scan items, submit inventory count requests, and allows managers to approve or reject these requests through a connected Approval App. This project aimed to enhance accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations by reducing manual entry and providing real-time data updates.
